Who are we?

"NEST Allied Health was established in 2019 in Quirindi. We have since expanded to offer Speech Pathology services to Tamworth, Port Macquarie, and the surrounding localities. Established in response to the limited availability of Allied Health services in regional areas, NEST Allied Health aims to increase access for people living in non-metropolitan Australia. I value the partnerships we develop that ensure a continuum of care for our clients. We pride ourselves in being a family-centred practice. After 10 years of clinical experience, I am keen to develop and customise Speech Pathology Practice to suit the dynamic needs of rural communities and welcome an interdisciplinary approach to functional health care for occupational wellbeing. Funding Options

NDIS
We regularly engage in advocacy and ongoing case management for NDIS participants. However, as a small business we are not a registered NDIS Agency. We can provide therapeutic, capacity building services for self-managed or plan-managed individuals.
Medicare/DVA
We accept government-subsidised referrals under team-care arrangements. However, we generally cannot bulk-bill. Fully paid invoices will need to be self-lodged for any eligible reimbursement. Please alert us if you have been referred via a Chronic Disease Management Plan so relevant liaison and paperwork can be completed with the coordinating GP.
Privately Funded
As a private practice we operate as a fee-for-service clinic. Call us for a customised quote. We have mobile EFTPOS facilities available for your convenience. Itemised receipts can be forwarded to your Private Health Fund. We are always considering ways to make our services more accessible so please contact us regarding potential partnerships.
